New ArcGIS web point feature layers generated by the create feature capability of ArcGIS for AutoCAD will have the raw description prefix assigned by the user or the original default value of the feature layer name.If an existing COGO point group exists with the same name as the web point feature layer (with or without the "esri_" prefix) then those points will initially be included in that point group and the description value used to define the point group will be added to all new points so that they will be recognized by that point group.A new COGO point group will be created with the web point feature layer name (without the "esri_") prefix.
